Can this work if I have a catering business or a grocery store?

Yes, it absolutely can work with your grocery business. For catering companies there are a few additional steps we will do on the setup in order to make sure everything is working together.

What if I don't own a restuarant, can this work for other stores?

Yes, it does work for other businesses as well. However, there could be special customizations involved, these additional options would come with a separate charge that we will discuss once we have an idea of what you are looking for.

Can I customize the look for my site?

Customization is definitely available. We include complimentary color and font modifications so your ordering site feels authentically yours. For larger projects like creating an entirely new theme or restructuring the customer journey, we offer those services for an additional cost.

How do I market my new ordering platform and mobile app?

Getting customers to your new ordering system is easy. Send your unique link to existing customers and showcase it across your social media channels to maximize visibility. You can segment your menu into multiple categories and control when each is available for ordering. Create a lunch selection that accepts orders exclusively from 12 PM to 4 PM, ensuring customers can only order what you're actually serving at that time.

Will the restaurant be able to black list customers?

Absolutely—restrict access for problematic customers by entering their phone number or unique customer identifier into the system.

Will the system have different items and/or different structures at different locations?

Menu customization by location is fully supported. Restaurants with multiple sites can designate which items appear at each location, perfect for rolling out location-specific specials or regional favorites.

Can I control the delivery charges my customers pay?

Yes, location-based delivery pricing is supported. Customers automatically see the applicable delivery fee for their area, ensuring each of your outlets charges appropriately based on distance and service zone.

What if I have my own website? Will your online ordering system be able to integrate with it?

No issue at all—your ordering system can live directly on your website. Grant us FTP access, and we'll manage the technical setup from there.
